MNpv provides a tool for forecasting fractured well net present value
(NPV) or return on investment (ROI). Simply stated, fracture treatment
optimization is a methodology used for maximizing well profitability. This
process requires a comparison of the cost penalties and revenue benefits
associated with any proposed treatment scenario. The program has been
designed for use with MProd to automatically determine and compare various
NPV fracture scenarios in order to identify an optimum design.
Capabilities
- Economic Optimization of fracture treatments
- Maximize well profitability
- Optimize fracture conductivity and length
- Integrated with MProd and MFrac
Features
- Fracture economic optimization
- Analyze net & working interest
- Evaluate variable revenue shares
- Access fluid selection effects
- Investigate proppant value
- Evaluate DROI vs. propped
length time
- Determine fracture cost vs. length & conductivity
- Investigate fracture NPV
- Optimize fracture length and conductivity
- Flexible currency units
Integration
The integrated capability of MFrac, MProd and MNpv provides the ability
to optimize the potential propped fracture design based on the pumping
schedule, fracture geometry, treatment cost and production revenue.
